Privacy Policy

Walletsmith is provided by TARGETED LABS SL ("Walletsmith", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Walletsmith mobile application, related services, and websites that link to this policy.

By using Walletsmith, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Terms used here have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions unless this policy defines them differently.

Information We Collect

Information stored on your device

Walletsmith lets you create, import, edit, organize, and export passes, barcodes, images, and related metadata. Most of this content is stored locally on your device. We do not access locally stored pass content unless you choose to use a feature that sends content to our servers or a third-party service, or you contact us and provide that content for support.

Information you send to Walletsmith services

Some features require network processing. For example, Walletsmith may send pass data, images, barcode content, documents, or search queries to Walletsmith servers to generate passes, sign passes, search for images, create barcodes, extract information from documents, or provide similar app functionality. We use this information only to provide the feature you requested, maintain the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Purchase and subscription information

If you buy a subscription or make an in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. We may receive purchase status, product identifiers, entitlement status, transaction identifiers, renewal or expiration dates, country or region, and related subscription metadata through Apple and RevenueCat so we can unlock paid features, manage subscriptions, and understand purchase performance.

Usage, diagnostics, and analytics information

Walletsmith may collect app usage events, feature interactions, paywall events, purchase events, app version, device and operating system information, coarse technical identifiers, crash reports, performance data, logs, timestamps, and similar diagnostic information. This helps us understand how Walletsmith is used, fix bugs, improve performance, and prioritize product improvements.

Crash reports and logs may include technical context about what happened before an error. We try to avoid collecting pass content in analytics and diagnostics, but information you enter may appear in a report if it is necessary to diagnose a crash or if it is included in system-generated logs.

Support communications

If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, diagnostic details, and any other information needed to respond to your request.

Permissions

Walletsmith may request access to device features such as camera, photos, files, notifications, or Wallet-related capabilities when needed for app features. You can manage permissions in your device settings. If you deny a permission, some features may not work.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your pass content for third-party advertising. Walletsmith may use Apple attribution or similar privacy-preserving attribution data to understand app install or purchase performance.
