The app is free to download, but some features—like sharing passes—may need a subscription.

Walletsmith is ad-free to keep the experience clean. Development is supported via subscriptions and your personal contributions.

How can I get a refund?

I’m really sorry your experience was not ideal. I hope you’ll consider leaving a message to let me know what I can improve in order to keep you. However, if you still want a refund, you can request it directly to Apple here.
Why are my passes grouped in Wallet?

In you iPhone’s Wallet app, passes are grouped by type (generic, boarding pass, etc.) and issuer. All passes created through Walletsmith will be grouped in Wallet.
Why can’t I add my barcode?

There are three places to add a barcode to a pass.
Barcode field (bottom): This is Apple Wallet’s official barcode. Only a few barcode types are supported here.
Strip image: Add barcodes as an image. 1D barcodes work here.
Thumbnail image: Add barcodes as an image. 2D barcodes work here.
Why is the text color not updating?

Passes in Walletsmith have to replicate as closely as possible how they look on Apple Wallet. In the case of an event ticket, if you add a background image, the text color will be locked as white when added to the Wallet app.
Can I convert an existing PDF or image into a Wallet pass?

Yes. Walletsmith has an AI pass creator that turns PDFs or images into passes with the relevant data filled in automatically.
Can I import existing Wallet passes into Walletsmith?

Yes. You can import existing shareable Wallet passes and personalize them within Walletsmith.
Can I share the passes I create with others?

Yes. If you’re subscribed to Walletsmith Pro you can export and share passes in several formats with other people.
How do “Magic QR Codes” work?

Magic QR codes can embed Wi-Fi passwords, contact info, locations, emails, and more — anyone with a camera can scan and use them easily.
Does Walletsmith share my personal data?
